We are seeking a Front Office Supervisor (called Customer Service Manager) to join our team in Melbourne, VIC. You will be responsible for managing an operations team, conduct leasing, student engagement programs, accounts administration and property management.
About the Role
Roster: Monday to Friday (9am to 5:30pm)
Additional hours may be required during peak periods & urgent matters
COVID full vaccination or exemption as per VIC State & industry legislation
Experience managing and developing a team
Experience with property management systems
Event management and student activity programming experience
Leadership experience in student accommodation or student services (highly regarded)
Highly developed interpersonal skills to problem solve and manage conflict
National Police Check & Working with Children’s check (required)
