About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Property Manager Operations to join our team at UniLodge Edith Cowan University in in Joondalup and Bunbury. In this rewarding leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of property operations, including the resident experience, occupancy, financial performance, and administration. You'll play a key role in creating an exceptional student living environment while ensuring the smooth and successful day-to-day operation of the property.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver effective financial management by overseeing budgets, optimising costs and driving occupancy outcomes.
- Enhance the resident experience through engaging programs and initiatives that promote satisfaction and community connection.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and university partners, providing timely communication and reporting.
- Ensure the property is safe, secure, well-maintained, and compliant with all relevant policies and regulations.
- Recruit, develop, and mentor team members, fostering a positive culture and high-performance environment.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in property management, student accommodation, hospitality, or a similar environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills.
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia and a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- National Police Check (or be willing to obtain).
- Car and Current Driver's Licence.
