OPPORTUNITY
We’re seeking a passionate customer focused professional to join our team as a Residential Life & Customer Service Manager on a full-time basis (Monday to Friday roster).

There are lots of qualities that we look for in our team, but above all we need people who are resilient, supportive, caring, hands on and positive. Previous experience in a community role supporting students or similar exposure to health and well-being will be beneficial to this role. The position is rewarding but requires focus and planning as you will need to perform a range of tasks including researching and developing evidence-based programs and policies and supporting a robust events and activities program. Some of your essential skills include strong written and verbal communication skills, good computer skills, solid planning, and organisational skills and a “we care” attitude.
Key responsibilities for this role will include, but not be limited to:
- Provide leadership and support in the management and development of the Residential Life Program at the property
- Manage a diverse and holistic calendar of events for residents while balancing core areas of support and resident interests
- Provide exceptional service to all internal customers and associated organisations
- Maintain and build trusted relationships with University support services across campus to ensure the wellbeing of students
- Recruit, train and manage of a team of Residential Advisors and Senior Residents
- Be an active member of the emergency response team during shift times and after-hours
- Manage the day-to-day administrative operations
- Build and maintain relationships with each key stakeholder group (investors, university housing bodies, key learning institutions)
- Ongoing management of the apartments including inspections and maintenance requests
- Manage the property’s financial performance
- Maintain the property to the highest level of cleanliness and presentation
- Assist in implementing, fostering and promoting the Residential Life Program to all students
Our mandatory requirements include:
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia
- National Police Check (completed within last 3 months)
- Working with Childrens Check
- First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain)
