Permanent Full Time Position
Rotational shift roster 7 days a week, across a 24-hour period operation is a critical requirement.
 

• Lead and supervise daily Baggage Makeup operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and on-time performance.
• Liaise with customer airlines for all stock and ULD-related issues.
• Ensure all company, customer, and airline regulations, procedures, and requirements are implemented and standards are met.
• Maintain an overview to ensure the right resourcing is applied for daily operations.
• Maintain communication with all Menzies Aviation departments and stay updated with any developments.
  Manage the team's performance to improve service delivery, enhance quality, and reduce costs.
• Resolve a wide range of challenges that may arise from day-to-day operations.
• Attend to staff daily queries regarding roster, leave applications, payroll, and HR.

• Must be a New Zealand Citizen or New Zealand Permanent Resident.
• Clean Criminal History.
• Minimum 3-5 years' airport operations experience, including baggage or ramp functions.
• Strong planning, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to coach staff, maintain morale, and ensure operational excellence.
• Flexible to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
• Must hold a full New Zealand Driver's License and have your own reliable transportation

• Successful applicants will be required to complete a NZ Police Check, Airport Security Check, and medical assessment.
