The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Direct a skilled team including servers, bartenders, and kitchen personnel, guaranteeing a flawless dining experience.
• Manage front-of-house operations including reservations, seating, and guest interactions.
• Design and execute strategies to boost operational efficiency and elevate customer satisfaction.
• Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Analyse sales data, optimise inventory and implement cost-reduction strategies.
