About the role

Reporting to the Head of Business Performance, working as the Business Performance & Systems Coordinator, you will be supporting day-to-day system functionality, data quality, and staff capability through training and guidance. In addition, you will be contributing to business performance reporting and analysis, supporting informed decision-making and continuous improvement across operational and clinical services.

Responsibilities of the role will include:

• Providing day-to-day support for the eCase system, including troubleshooting issues and resolving user requests in a timely manner.
• Delivering technical support, including training, mentoring and coaching staff to build capability and confidence in system use.
• Maintaining data quality through regular updates, audits and validation checks.
• Supporting the ongoing maintenance and configuration of eCase to ensure consistency in documentation and alignment with approved change requests.
• Identifying opportunities to improve system utilisation and business processes through system and/or non-system enhancements.
• Participating in system-related projects, providing operational context and representing business needs.
• Developing and maintaining user guides, work instructions and training materials to supporting consistent system use.
• Assisting in the preparation of weekly and monthly reports for the Business Performance team.
• Providing basic analytical support, including data extraction, validation and interpretation.
• Supporting the identification of trends, risks and opportunities through data insights.
• Assisting with ad hoc reporting and administrative tasks to meet organisational needs as required.
• Building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal stakeholders across operational and clinical teams.
• Acting as a key point of contact for system-related queries and support requests.

  
  
What will you bring to the role? 

• Experience within the Aged Care Sector or similar industry
• Experience supporting business systems (e.g. eCase or similar care management systems)
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity
• Ability to translate technical information into practical guidance for end users
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Basic analytical and reporting capability (Excel, reporting tools, etc.)
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
