Role Description
We’re looking for a Senior Bid Coordinator to join our national Marketing, Communications & Bids team in Brisbane.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and takes pride in producing high-quality bids and marketing collateral.
You’ll play an important role in supporting bids and panel submissions across the business, while also contributing to marketing initiatives and client engagement activities nationally.
Working closely with leaders and project teams across Australia, you’ll become a trusted contributor within a high-performing and supportive national team.
Working as part of the national Marketing & Bids team, you’ll be responsible for:
- Preparing and coordinating high-quality bids and panel submissions in line with RPI standards and submission deadlines.
- Managing submission timelines, response requirements and document production from pursuit planning, to kick-off through to final submission.
- Collaborating with leaders and project teams to source and coordinate project information, staff CVs and relevant project examples.
- Producing and formatting bids, presentations and marketing collateral using Word, PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Developing supporting graphics and visual content for bids and marketing collateral, including diagrams, organisational charts and promotional materials.
- Writing, editing and proofreading bid and marketing content to ensure accuracy, consistency and alignment with RPI’s Brand Guidelines and Tone of Voice.
- Producing and maintaining Capability Statements, project pages, case studies, staff CVs and other business development collateral.
- Supporting client engagement initiatives, industry events, LinkedIn content, e-newsletters and broader marketing activities across the business.
- Tracking opportunities and updating client information in CRM system.
The Ideal CandidateYou’re proactive, organised and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage competing priorities, build relationships across teams and produce work to a consistently high standard. You’ll also bring:
- Demonstrated experience preparing bids, tenders, proposals or marketing submissions within a professional services environment.
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across leadership, project teams and corporate services nationally.
- Strong formatting and document production skills across Word and PowerPoint, with a high attention to detail.
- The ability to write, edit and proofread content with a professional and consistent tone of voice.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence working collaboratively with leaders, project teams and corporate services teams nationally.
- Experience producing marketing collateral and visual content using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat is advantageous.
- Experience with Canva and CRM platforms (desirable).
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Design, PR or a related discipline (preferred).
- Experience within infrastructure, property, construction, consulting or professional services will be highly regarded.
