About the Opportunity
Following the recent merger of RP Infrastructure and DCWC, we are entering a significant period of growth across Australia. With an expanding portfolio spanning Education, Health, Civic & Culture, Aviation, Industrial and more, we are focused on delivering exceptional outcomes by transforming vision into reality in an innovative and sustainable way.
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our client-side team, working across a diverse range of sectors depending on experience and interest. Projects typically range from $5M–$50M and include education, health, and residential/living developments, across new build, refurbishment, and master planning environments.
This role is ideal for an experienced Project Manager looking to broaden their exposure across complex, multi-sector projects while continuing to grow their client-side capability.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to;
- Manage projects from design development through to delivery
- Lead development of design briefs, tender documentation, and consultant/contractor engagement
- Oversee contract administration with a strong focus on time, cost, and quality
- Coordinate design and delivery across complex staging, multiple stakeholders, and tight timeframes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including councils and airport authorities
- Deliver programs of work on time, with clear and confident client reporting

What You’ll Bring - Proven experience as a Project Manager on construction projects (client-side or consultancy highly regarded)
- Strong design management capability across concept and detailed design phases
- Solid contract administration and project delivery experience
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and approvals management skills
- Relevant qualification in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or Architecture
