About the Opportunity
We are seeking an established Director-level Quantity Surveyor to lead and grow our Sydney team.

This is a key leadership role within our national infrastructure advisory practice, offering the opportunity to build on an established platform and strong national capability to further grow our presence in the Sydney market.

Following our recent merger with DCWC, we are in a strong growth phase nationally, with Sydney identified as a priority market for expansion. This role will play a central part in shaping client relationships, growing local capability, and driving business performance.

The Opportunity
This role is suited to an established market operator who brings strong networks and a proven ability to both win and deliver work.

You will be responsible for leveraging existing relationships and market presence to grow the Sydney QS function, while working closely with national leadership to align with broader business strategy and capability.

This is a hands-on leadership role, combining business development, client leadership, and project delivery, with the opportunity to shape and grow a local team over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client engagement and business development activity across the Sydney building market, leveraging existing networks and relationships
• Drive the growth of the Sydney quantity surveying capability, including team development and recruitment
• Act as a senior trusted advisor across major building projects, providing strategic commercial and cost advice
• Partner with national leadership to align Sydney growth with broader strategic priorities and sector focus
• Provide leadership and mentoring to a growing local team, building capability and performance

About You
You are an established Director or Senior Associate Director within the Sydney infrastructure or quantity surveying market, with:

• Strong, well-developed client relationships and market reputation in Sydney
• Demonstrated ability to originate and convert new business opportunities
• Proven experience leading teams and building capability
• A commercial mindset, with the ability to operate across both delivery and growth
• Qualifications in Quantity Surveying,
• AIQS and / or RICS Qualified
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in the Sydney market
• Experience across aviation, education, health, commercial and civic will be highly regarded.
