Senior PA required to work for 2 Execs for a plc business, solid support skills and high commercial acumen required
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to provide support to 2 Senior Executives.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for planning and executing tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism is crucial in this role.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for being an assistant, a positive can-do attitude and the natural ability to be proactive and look ahead. Flexibility in adapting to changing priorities and work styles is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Sharepoint is required, along with a willingness to continually learn and develop skills. Effective written and verbal communication is important for building relationships and achieving work outcomes.
In addition to handling repetitive tasks with excellence, the successful candidate will also have the opportunity to take on challenging projects that will enhance their capabilities. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, travel planning, assisting with meeting preparation and projects, and implementing ideas for greater efficiencies.
The candidate should be available for occasional off-hours support and may need to travel to support remote meetings as needed. Professional development opportunities will be provided, and the candidate should have a secondary degree or comparable experience along with a minimum of 5+ years of experience as an assistant to senior executives. Proficiency in technology tools and resources, excellent references, strong written and verbal skills, and attention to detail are also required.
Package includes up to £45k plus 10-15% bonus and profit share and other benefits
