Product & Category Manager

Are you ready to shape the future of lighting? We're looking for a Product & Category Manager to join our forward-thinking team in the Northwest. You'll drive product strategy, manage category growth, and bring innovative solutions to life — all while making a positive impact on communities and the planet.
 
What you'll do

• Own and deliver the product strategy & roadmap for your categories
• Turn market insights into innovative, customer-focused solutions
• Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and marketing teams
• Create compelling value propositions that stand out in the market
• Lead launches, campaigns, CPDs, and training to drive success
• Monitor performance and use data to boost growth and profitability
• Champion the voice of the customer in everything we do

What we're looking for

• 5+ years' experience in Product Management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into action
• A proven track record of delivering profitable growth and successful launches
• Degree in Business, Engineering or related field

(Lighting or built-environment industry experience is a bonus, but not essential!)
