�� Your Opportunity: Lead Our Secure Healthcare Strategy We’re growing fast—and we’re looking for a
Sector Specialist to take our
Secure Healthcare presence to the next level. You'll be the
go-to expert on lighting for secure clinical environments, working with NHS Trusts, private providers, specifiers, and contractors.

Location: Field-based with occasional travel to Sutton HQ

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Reporting to: Sales Director
�� What You’ll Do ✅ Lead our national strategy for secure healthcare
✅ Influence NHS Trusts, private hospitals, engineers, contractors & government bodies
✅ Identify funding trends, product opportunities & sector needs
✅ Share insights with product and commercial teams
✅ Host webinars, support content, and lead sector conversations
✅ Coach Area Sales Managers in account growth and client understanding
✅ Collaborate on key projects to ensure excellence in service delivery
✅ Run internal training and deliver sector updates
�� About You We’re looking for a mix of expertise and energy.
✔️ Background in lighting, healthcare estates, or construction
✔️ Hands-on knowledge of secure environments
✔️ Deep understanding of NHS procurement and compliance standards
✔️ Commercially sharp and consultative in approach
✔️ Confident communicator—presenting, reporting, and storytelling with data
✔️ Collaborative, driven, and motivated by purpose
