Job Title: French-Speaking Project Coordinator
Location: London – Kings Road (Hybrid: 5 days/week, 1-day WFH)

The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented French-Speaking Project Coordinator to join our team in our Kings Road studio. This is a key role supporting the smooth delivery of lighting projects from inception through to completion, ensuring communication and coordination between internal teams, suppliers, and clients—particularly across French-speaking territories.
Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage architectural lighting projects across UK and French-speaking markets
• Liaise daily with clients, suppliers, and project stakeholders in both French and English
• Track project timelines, key milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution
• Support the sales and design teams with project administration, client communication, and logistics
• Prepare and issue quotes, technical documentation, and order confirmations
• Manage internal project systems and maintain up-to-date records in CRM and order management software
• Oversee delivery schedules and work closely with logistics and procurement to resolve any issues
• Assist in organising site visits, meetings, and project handovers as required

• Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written) – Essential
• Previous experience in project coordination or project support – Essential
• Experience in the lighting industry (architectural or decorative) – Essential
• Strong communication and organisational skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities within fast-paced project timelines
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with wider internal teams
• Proficient in MS Office and project management tools; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
