Seeking an experienced HR Administrator to control company benefits, provide HR admin support and some PA assistance to the Group Rewards Director
We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented person with strong organisational skills to join the Rewards Team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for benefits administration, WorkDay amendments, and providing HR administrative support.
Some specific responsibilities are:
Workday
Updating Workday for hires, moves, changes, and leavers, including ensuring onboarding / offboarding tasks have been completed
Supporting employees and managers with using Workday, including understanding correct processes and tasks and making corrections, raising tickets with the central team where needed
Benefits Administration
Adding starters and removing leavers to/from benefits platforms – Simplyhealth, Axa, Bupa, Aegon etc.
Advising operating companies on how to use benefits portals/perform admin tasks
Processing applications for salary sacrifice cars and bikes including due diligence checks, salary sacrifice agreements, approvals, and payroll updates
Supporting employees with maternity/paternity leave including drafting letters, advising on benefits
Working with the opcos, managing data collection for the year-end Life Assurance renewal processes
Liaising with benefit providers like AXA, YuLife, BUPA, Simplyhealth
Dashboards
Help with building and maintain dashboards e.g. DEI Dashboard, Merit review dashboard
Administration / support
Supporting new hires including onboarding admin/forms, right-to work checks, HireRight, end-of-probation confirmations etc
Adhoc support for Total Rewards team
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
PA support for Group Rewards Director – travel booking, managing diary etc.
