About the role
In this full time, front of house position, you will provide reception, generalist admin and general office support for a team of professional staff. You will work in a collaborative group with opportunities to further develop skills in legal administration and this role will suit candidates who enjoy working in a close-knit team environment.

Day to day you can expect the role to include:
- Front of house reception support throughout the day
- Incoming call management and triage
- Management of deliveries and mail
- Managing meeting room bookings
- Greeting clients and stakeholders
- Arranging refreshments and catering as required for client meetings and events
- Ensuring stationery, office and kitchen supplies are ordered and maintained
- Assisting with organising external and internal office events
- Liaising with contractors and facilities/maintenance support
- First aid officer and fire warden duties
- Assisting with workstation/office set up, IT equipment etc including for new starters and liaising with firm IT support function
- Photocopying
- Archiving
- General assistance with office support and administrative duties as required
The role will also support the Legal Assistants within the office and provide overflow support when needed. The successful candidate will be trained and developed over time to assist the Legal Assistants.
About you You will have prior experience in administration, reception or office support, ideally from a legal, professional services or government background. You will have a genuine interest in developing your career in legal admin support with a can-do attitude and commitment to achieving client/ firm outcomes.
You will also possess the following attributes/ skills:

- Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities
- Active team member, completing tasks and assisting others to complete tasks
- A strong work ethic and enthusiasm for desired outcomes

- Sound judgement, uses discretion and deals with sensitive information appropriately
This role is an all-rounder position and will suit those who enjoy variety, as well as developing new skills. While the position is full time, we are open to flexible arrangements such as part time (minimum of 4 days) or school hours over 5 days.
