Not in a “can launch a few campaigns and optimise some ads” kind of way either.

Someone just as comfortable deep in-platform as they are leading strategy conversations across a portfolio of brands who trust their opinion.

THE GIG
This role sits in a veryyy cool sweet spot and honestly? It’s the kind of gig people in Paid Media are always trying to find.
You’ll own a tight portfolio of roughly 5-7 eCommerce + B2B brands across Paid Search + Paid Social with a proper mix of strategy, account management and hands-on implementation. You’ll still be close to the platforms, but heavily involved in the bigger conversations around strategy, creative, performance and where the real opportunities to scale sit.
You’ll work closely with strategy leads, Paid Media leaders and in-house creative who are all very good at what they do, but there’s still heaps of room to bring ideas to the table, innovate, test things properly and have a real voice in the work.
Your world will look a lil’ something like this:
- Managing a curated portfolio of 5-7 eCommerce + B2B brands
- Building, scaling and optimising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest + Bing
- Owning Paid Media strategy, performance + implementation end-to-end
- Driving creative + performance testing across Paid Search + Paid Social
- Turning campaign data into commercial insights clients actually care about
- Spotting growth opportunities, trends + performance gaps early
- Collaborating closely with creative + strategy teams on smarter campaigns
- Exploring AI workflows, automation + smarter ways of working
- Managing healthy monthly budgets ranging from roughly $20K-$100K+
AND YOU?
You know your way around Paid Search + Paid Social, you’ve managed sizeable budgets and you’re probably at that point where you want more than just “manage the campaigns and send the report.”
You want more strategic ownership. More room to test ideas, push performance further and keep levelling up your Paid Media skillset alongside a team doing genuinely exciting work.
You’re commercially killer, confident in-platform and know how to connect creative, strategy and performance in a way that drives really bloody good results.
You’ll likely bring:
- 3-4+ years in Paid Media / Performance Marketing
- Strong agency-side experience
- Deep capability across both Paid Search + Paid Social
- Strong hands-on expertise across Meta + Google Ads
- Experience across TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest or Bing Ads (nice to have)
- Confidence managing meaningful budgets across eCommerce/B2C/B2B brands
- Solid GA4, GTM, attribution + tracking knowledge
- Strong communication and account management capability
- Curiosity around testing, AI + smarter ways of working
But honestly? The biggest thing they care about is mindset.
