THE GiG
This one’s made for a Paid Media Manager who knows their stuff… and is ready to lean in.
You’ll take ownership of a tight portfolio of dreamy brands, leading paid performance across Search and Social while working closely with a Paid Media Director, Executives and Coordinators to shape direction and drive results.
You’re in that sweet spot. Close to the detail, across the numbers, but also starting to think bigger. Connecting the dots. Asking better questions. Spotting what’s next.
You’ll be:
- Owning paid media strategy and execution across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and the rest of the gang
- Building, launching, optimising and finessing campaigns that actually convert
- Managing and scaling meaningful budgets with a killer eye on ROAS, CPA and growth
- Turning performance data into clear insights and “here’s what we do next” moments
- Reporting like a human and building genuine, trusted client relationships
- Partnering with creative teams to shape scroll-stopping, conversion-led campaigns
- Building forecasts grounded in real data, not vibes
- Playing with AI tools to work smarter, faster, better
- Collaborating with SEO, CRO and growth teams to drive connected performance
- Supporting and mentoring junior legends in your team, lifting the bar as you go
This is where you go from “I run campaigns well” to “I actually influence performance and direction.”
AND YOU?
You’ll probably tick a fair few of these: - 3+ years of paid media experience, ideally agency-side
- Strong hands-on experience across paid search and paid social platforms
- Comfortable managing $20K to $200K+ monthly budgets without blinking
- Solid understanding of GA4, GTM, tracking, attribution, pixels and UTMs
- Confident communicating with clients and presenting insights without overcomplicating things
- Able to balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking
- A natural problem-solver with a POV who’s not afraid to speak up
- Curious about AI and already using it to level up how you work
- Bonus points if you’ve played in eCom and know how to make ROAS properly sing
