We’re deee-lighted to team up with our pals at Ryvalmedia again as they expand their Brissy crew! This time? We’re on the hunt for a talented Digital Manager who’s ready to make some serious waves and amp up their digital and paid media game!

The Gig: 

We’re after a Digital Manager who’s got a killer background in Paid Media and an unstoppable drive to level up their strategy skills while vibing with a team of talented pros!

In this role, you’ll get to unleash your strategic genius beyond just Performance. With the support of a fabulous crew, you’ll bring game changing omni-channel strategies to life for some of Ryvalmedia’s most loyal brands. This is your chance to lead global campaigns and whip up some serious marketing magic!

Your sweet spot? Paid Media, of course! While you thrive on an omni-channel approach, your true superpower is in Performance. You’re a jet at orchestrating the planning, buying, and execution of strategies, always ready to roll up your sleeves and dive headfirst into the nitty-gritty of Paid Media channels. You get the full digital landscape, but the real magic happens when you’re crafting holistic Paid Media strategies that shine, especially when executing high-impact Paid Search and Social campaigns!

Here are the muscles you’ll be flexing in this role..

• You’ll utilise your solid experience in the Paid Media patch to drive success for the agency + Ryvalmedia’s clients, delivering ultimate success at a strategy and campaign level and you’ll be laser focused on driving BIG outcomes in the Performance space.
• You understand the full Performance mix at a strategic level and you’re comfortable creating strategy across ‘All Things’ [Search, Social, Display, Video + Programmatic].
• Whilst we don’t expect you to be a specialist in all areas, you’ve got some demonstrated experience pulling up your sleeves and getting ‘on the tools’ across; Paid Search + Social channels, predominantly.
• High levels of EQ! You’re an excellent listener, and you bring the ability to transform complex or detailed data into clear and powerful communications [written and spoken].
• An entrepreneurial spirit. You’re naturally curious and unafraid to ask the right questions, and you’re focused on achieving real results.
• Whilst you’re a Paid Media superstar, you’re someone that appreciates and understands the broader digital mix and marketing technology, with a goal of driving hyper targeted, successful and integrated marketing campaigns that ultimately drive success for clients.
• Strong client relationship management at a strategic level, and you’ve got the ability to function as a trusted digital advisor, thinking beyond the brief to deliver solutions that help the client consistently grow with the support of your team!
