About the Role

• Planning and implementing engaging, child-led programs aligned with the EYLF
• Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of educators in your room
• Building strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and the wider community
• Ensuring your room meets all regulatory and NQS standards
• Observing and documenting children’s progress, development, and learning

What We are Looking For

• A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Previous experience in a Room Leader or Senior Educator role
• Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and child development principles
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, and Child Protection training
