Are you an experienced early childhood educator ready to lead pedagogy, mentor educators, and drive innovation in early learning? Our client is seeking a passionate and skilled Educational Leader to join our inspiring and supportive team.

About the Role

• Guide and mentor educators to deliver rich, meaningful learning experiences
• Drive reflective practice and continuous improvement aligned with the EYLF and NQS
• Collaborate with the leadership team to shape and support the centre’s educational philosophy
• Support curriculum planning, documentation, and professional development
• Foster strong partnerships with children, families, and the broader community

What We are Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
• Proven experience in early childhood education, with leadership or mentoring experience
• Sound understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and current best practices
• Confidence in coaching, supporting, and inspiring fellow educators
• Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, and Child Protection training
