An exciting opening for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a privately owned and highly reputable building services organisation on one of their commercial properties in Oxford . As a maintenance provider, who continues to be successful in the market, the company offers a great place to work, giving all the support and training required to help their engineers in their roles.

This role follows a Monday - Friday pattern on a state of the art commercial property, undergoing PPM and Reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems alongside any remedial works and emergencies on site. This is a fantastic role for an experienced maintenance engineer with outstanding knowledge on mechanical and electrical systems.

Duties:

• PPMs & Reactive maintenance
• Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), Shutdowns, Motors, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps, Belts, Bearings, Seals, Water Treatment and BMS Operation
• Carry out isolation of plant and systems in accordance with safety requirements.
• Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations.
• Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods.
• Organising subcontractors
• Completing logbooks and RAMS
• Reports
• Permits to work
• Raise and close jobs on PDA's as necessary.

• Fully qualified in either Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering - City and Guilds / NVQ (Or equivalent) 
• Ability to fault find, diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems 
• At least 5 years experience prior within commercial maintenance 
• Career driven and motivated

• £45,000 - £48,000 per annum
• Monday - Friday, (8am - 5pm)  
• 25 days annual leave + Bank holidays
