We're looking for an experienced and ambitious Production Manager to join our client's established Ōtāhuhu manufacturing operation.

Leading a production team of across day and night shifts, this is a hands-on role for someone who loves manufacturing, enjoys leading people and has the drive and curiosity to keep making things better.

What we're looking for
You don't need a university degree or a long list of qualifications. We're more interested in what you've learned, the challenges you've taken on and where you want to go next.

You'll bring:

• Leadership experience within food or another high-hygiene manufacturing environment
• Strong people skills and the ability to communicate with a large, multicultural team
• Curiosity and enthusiasm – you ask questions, learn quickly and look for opportunities to improve
• Good numerical skills with basic Excel and computer literacy
• Confidence to work independently, make decisions and take ownership

Monday to Friday | 5am–3pm. Some flexibility outside these hours will be required when needed.

You'll be someone who walks the floor, knows their people and knows their numbers. You can see what's working, spot where things could be better and bring your team along with you.
