READY FOR A SERIOUSLY PHYSICAL JOB? Heavy lifting. Fast pace. Real targets. We’re looking for experienced Voice Pickers to join a busy distribution team. 

This is a hands-on role. You’ll be on your feet for the whole shift, picking customer orders, lifting products up to 25kg, building pallets and working to daily targets. If you’re fit, reliable, work well under pressure and don’t mind a hard day’s work, this could be a good fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Voice picking customer orders using a pallet carrier machine and headset. 
• Regularly lifting and moving products weighing up to 25kg. We're not kidding its a heavy job, and good manual handling technique is important to staying safe!
• Working safely and efficiently to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets. 

What You’ll Need

• Proven voice-picking experience in a similar role is a big advantage.
• Fit and strong enough lift products weighing up to 25kg throughout an 8 hour shift
• Experience working to pick rates and targets,. Worked to pick rates before?... Tell us the numbers that were hitting! 
• Reliable and on time, with a good attitude to work hard! 

Experience using a pallet carrier and holding a current forklift licence would be great but not essential. 

Shift Times and Pay - Monday to Friday roster with the below times and pay rates. 

• Day: 5:00am–1:30pm | $25.98 per hour
• Afternoon: 2:00pm–10:00pm | $25.98 per hour
• Night: 9:00pm–5:00am | $27.01 per hour
