Civil Labourers – Multiple Opportunities Available

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Civil Labourers to join our team across a range of projects with multiple clients. These roles offer variety, ongoing work, and the opportunity to develop your skills within the civil and infrastructure space.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous civil labouring or construction experience (drain laying experience highly regarded)
• Reliable, punctual, and keen to work
• Physically fit with a strong work ethic
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Restricted licence minimum (Class 2 licence an advantage)
• WTR endorsements and machinery experience a bonus, but not essential
• Experience working around services (power, water, gas, telecom) beneficial
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow direction

Key duties may include:

• General civil labouring and site preparation
• Assisting with drainage, trenching, and reinstatement works
• Excavation support and working around underground services
• Concrete works, boxing, and finishing
• Asphalt prep and reinstatement
• Supporting crews with infrastructure installations (ducting, cabling, etc.)

Location:
Work is based across the Wellington region, including Upper Hutt, Lower Hutt, and Porirua. Applicants must have reliable transport to get to site
