We’re looking for reliable, hands-on people to join our client’s team as Machine Operators at their busy textile manufacturing site in Wiri, Manukau.

You’ll be part of a skilled production team operating high-speed industrial machinery in a textile environment. Your key responsibilities include:

• Operating and monitoring manufacturing machinery – setup, changeovers, troubleshooting, and cleaning
• Following standard operating procedures to maintain quality and efficiency
• Performing and recording regular quality checks
• Supporting a clean, safe, and efficient workspace by following all Health & Safety procedures

Shifts: Monday to Friday – flexibility required for day or afternoon shifts
Pay Rate: Starting from $24.45 per hour

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation (1–2 years minimum)
• Sewing or textile experience – a huge advantage!
• Restricted or Full Class 1 Driver Licence – this is a must
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work (lifting 10–25kg as needed)
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and a great team player
• Legally entitled to work in New Zealand, and able to pass drug and background checks
