About the role
Based in our Manukau office, you will provide executive and administrative support to two senior executives in a shared role. You'll manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare briefing materials, and help ensure the team operates smoothly and efficiently.
Alongside the primary EA functions of the role, you will contribute to the effective management of the office by coordinating facilities-related matters, supporting daily operations, and maintaining efficient administrative processes.
What you'll bring
- Previous Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Strong judgement, discretion and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence using Microsoft 365
- Ability to manage changing priorities and competing demands
- Public sector experience is advantageous
