Support and build lasting IT solutions to promote streamlined and effective systems
12-month fixed term | Wellington based | Cloud-first Microsoft environment | Broad, hands-on digital role
We’re looking for a practical, people-focused Senior Analyst, Digital Products to join our small Wellington-based IT team for 12 months. You’ll support and improve key digital platforms across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, approved AI tools and other cloud services, working with staff, vendors and managed service providers to keep things stable, secure and easy to use. We’re a modern, cloud-first digital environment, so this role is about improving services, supporting people well, and helping our digital tools work better every day.
This role needs someone with broad IT experience, sound judgement and the flexibility to get stuck into the challenge of the day. You’ll move between desktop and infrastructure support, product improvement, user guidance, documentation, change, security and vendor coordination, so practical problem-solving and clear communication matter. Experience with Microsoft cloud platforms, SharePoint, AI-enabled tools, service management and user enablement will be highly regarded.
