The Opportunity:
Are you passionate about sustainable agriculture and hands-on work? We are a global leader in agricultural products and food ingredients, where we value innovation, efficiency, and sustainable practices. We're looking for a dedicated Irrigation Technician for our central Almond Orchards. 

As an Irrigation Technician, you'll play a pivotal role in optimising tree growth and production. This role involves overseeing daily irrigation operations, implementing irrigation programs, and maintaining irrigation equipment and infrastructure. 
 
What you will do:

• Oversee and troubleshoot irrigation systems, fix leaks, and maintain equipment.
• Implement irrigation programs and hygiene protocols, validating through testing.
• Conduct audits, monitor data, and address issues promptly.
• Coordinate and validate work by internal and external contractors.
• Diagnose and repair irrigation infrastructure as needed.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• 2–5 years' experience in irrigation role in horticulture/farming sector.
• Knowledge of water delivery principles and horticulture.
• Resilience, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster a high-performance team culture.
• Certificate III/IV or Diploma in Irrigation (highly regarded) and current Chemical Certificate.
• Current driver’s licence.
