About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and organised Fleet Administration Officer to provide high-quality administrative and operational support to our Tiger Fleet team. This role plays a vital part in keeping fleet operations running smoothly while supporting the Tiger Fleet Manager to drive growth in car rentals and leases.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage vehicle key handovers, including collection, control and distribution to drivers
- Process Tiger Fleet driver pay‑ins accurately and on time
- Reconcile fleet and driver accounts using journals, ledgers and supporting records
- Act as the main point of contact for driver account and vehicle enquiries
- Provide general administrative and operational support across Tiger Fleet
- Support initiatives to grow car rental and lease volumes
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date fleet records and documentation
- Ensure office supplies, equipment and shared services are maintained
- Comply with all Health & Safety policies and safe work practices
- Contribute ideas and feedback to continuous improvement initiatives
About You You’re a calm, organised and detail‑focused administrator who takes pride in accuracy and follow‑through. You enjoy being part of a team, but are equally comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks. You communicate clearly, stay composed under pressure, and have a strong customer‑service mindset when dealing with drivers and stakeholders. You’re proactive, accountable, and always looking for ways to improve how things are done.
Experience & Requirements Essential - Previous experience in an administrative, operations or fleet support role
- Experience with financial administration, including pay‑ins, reconciliations or account processing
- Proven ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
- Experience handling customer or driver enquiries professionally
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced operational environment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
Desirable - Experience in fleet, transport, logistics or vehicle‑based operations
- Exposure to rental, lease or asset management environments
- Experience working with accounting systems or financial journals
- Familiarity with WHS policies and reporting
- Experience supporting operational growth or improvement initiatives
Qualifications - Certificate III in Business Administration or similar (preferred, not essential)
