About the Role
As a Contracts Advisor, you will play a key role in providing effective contract services and advice, ensuring robust contracts are in place and minimising contractual risk to the business. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to support the business with contract management, negotiation, and compliance.
Key Outcomes:
- Provide expert advice and support on contract management and risk mitigation.
- Lead contract reviews, negotiations, and execution, ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on contract status and performance.
- Drive improvements in contract management systems and processes, including automation and innovation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve contract-related issues and support business objectives.
About You You are a proactive, solutions-focused professional with a strong track record in contract management. Your commercial acumen, analytical skills, and ability to build relationships will help you thrive in this role. You love a collaborative environment, demonstrate high emotional intelligence, and are committed to continuous improvement.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, law, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years’ experience in contract management, procurement, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation, risk management, and compliance.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- High level of digital literacy, including CRM and contract management software.
