We are always seeking expressions of interest from talented flood modellers to join our mission to reduce flood risk across Australia. We are particularly wanting to speak to people with experience in TUFLOW and RORB modelling. Please note, this is not an open job, submitting your CV here indicates to us that you are an experienced engineer in the flood and water resource space, with skills in hydrologic and hydraulic modelling. And you are interested in exploring career opportunities, maybe now, maybe you just want to have a confidential conversation but you're not ready to move now.

What happens after you send in your expressions of interest?

Once you submitted your resume, you will be part of our Flooding talent pool community. From here, we:

1. Review your experience and existing relevant skills set.

2. If your skills and experience align with our core services, we will reach out and have conversation about your current situation and gain some more information around your professional and career intentions. If you don't, we will advise you accordingly.

3. Your profile will be flagged with the relevant leaders in the orgnisation.

4. Every now and then, you will receive updates and notifications of open roles.
