About the Waterways & Ecology Team
Our team is made up of ecologists, geomorphologists and environmental scientists working across terrestrial, coastal and riparian environments in NSW and throughout Australia. We are extending an invitation to experienced Ecologists to explore opportunities with us. We are always keen to meet passionate ecologists—whether you’re ready for your next step, exploring your options, or simply seeking career advice.
What You Could Be Working On
Our ecologists contribute to a variety of field and office-based projects, including:
- Managing and delivering ecological and environmental projects
- Conducting field investigations and surveys using industry-standard methods
- Applying your botanical identification skills and experience with BAM assessments
- Preparing and leading ecological and impact assessments, vegetation management plans, and biodiversity assessments under relevant state and Commonwealth legislation (EP&A Act, BC Act, EPBC Act)
- Coordinating and developing proposals, tenders, and bids for new projects
A relevant degree and significant post-graduate experience are required.
Biodiversity Assessment Method (BAM) accreditation is highly regarded—we’re happy to support your accreditation if you’re eligible or motivated to pursue it.
