The position will report to a CFO who is loved by the Executive Team and Ownership.
The chosen Assistant Controller will grow to Controller and continue to hand-pick a small team over time.
The CFO has built the Accounting & Finance infrastructure in a very hands-on fashion after the organization grew out of an outsourced Accounting arrangement.
