I'm partnering with a growing real estate investment and development company headquartered in Baltimore that is looking to add a Staff Accountant or Senior Accountant to its team.
  
This opening is the result of an internal promotion—a member of the accounting team has progressed quickly within the organization and is stepping into a larger leadership role, creating an opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow within the real estate industry.

We're open to a variety of backgrounds, including:

• Public accounting (Audit or Tax)
• Real estate-focused accounting professionals
• Corporate accountants within real estate, construction, or related industries
• Accountants looking to transition into real estate accounting

Ideal candidates will have:

• 2-5+ years of accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Strong foundation in accounting principles
• Desire to learn and build a long-term career in real estate

Compensation: Approximately $85,000 - $100,000 + Bonus depending on experience.
  
This position is based in Baltimore and works primarily from the office.
