We are partnering with a well-established, privately held company in the Baltimore area to identify a Controller to lead and oversee the accounting function.
  
This is a highly visible role reporting directly to leadership and offers the opportunity to step into a hands-on position with meaningful impact across the organization.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AR, AP, and general ledger
• Ensure accuracy of invoicing, billing, and financial reporting
• Manage month-end close and financial statement preparation
• Maintain and improve internal controls and processes
• Partner with leadership on financial insights and operational support

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong accounting background with experience in a hands-on environment
• Proven ability to manage details while maintaining a big-picture perspective
• High level of accountability, responsiveness, and ownership
• Experience in a small to mid-sized company environment preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
