• Proven leadership managing multi‑location or regional procurement operations
• Deep understanding of food markets, grower / ingredient relationships, and seasonality
• Strong negotiation skills + analytical and financial acumen
• Collaborative, fast‑paced, service‑driven operator across departments
• Willingness to travel 25% OR LESS to facilities, suppliers, and growing regions
