Accounting Manager - Investment Funds
$115-140K Base + Bonus
Hybrid - Mostly Remote w/ Occasional Meetings in Philadelphia & DC

What you’ll actually be doing:

• Owning the financial operations across multiple investment funds and related entities
• Managing fund reporting, performance metrics, and complex partnership accounting
• Supporting portfolio valuations and investor communications
• Acting as point person for audits, compliance, and regulatory reporting
• Helping modernize and scale finance operations as the platform grows

  
Who they’re looking for (high level):

• 5+ years of experience in VC, PE, or alternative investments (Manager Level ideal)
• Deep understanding of partnership accounting, capital accounts, and carry mechanics
• CPA strongly preferred
• Someone who wants ownership, visibility, and impact, not just a title
