Do you want to lead and develop a team of housing professionals through a period of transformation? Do you have a proven track record of providing strong leadership, innovation and inspiration to help shape and improve services in Social Housing? If so, this role would be perfect for you.
You will lead the day-to-day delivery of tenancy and neighbourhood services, managing and develop a team of housing professionals, using data-driven insight to improve service performance, enhance resident experience, and deliver high-quality services.
Working collaboratively with the Head of Service, colleagues, partners, and residents, you will play a key role in shaping and overseeing the implementation of a strategic plan that will focus on creating safe, cohesive neighbourhoods where residents can thrive.
You will be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to ensure that services are consistent, inclusive, and tailored to meet the diverse needs of residents, with safeguarding, compliance, and continuous improvement at the heart of everything you do.
