Managing a patch of properties in Somerset, dealing with lettings, ASB, estates management and tenancy management

37 hours per week, 3 days per week in the office or out on patch, 2 days work from home
£17 to £22.50 per hour depending on experience
Based Bridgwater
You will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive tenancy and estate management service to tenants, working directly with them to ensure they adhere to the terms of their tenancy agreement and investigate issues as they arise. You’ll also carry out a full range of Estate Management tasks, including inspections, visits, meetings and partnership work.
Main duties will include lettings and allocations, Tenancy and Estates Management, ASB (antisocial behaviour), tenancy sustainment
You will need to have access to your own vehicle for this role, mileage will be paid for visits.
