Seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join this dynamic team at with a Domestic Violence Charity, as a temporary Admin. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of our operations and make a real impact on the lives of our residents. As a temporary Admin, you'll be a vital part of their mission to provide high-quality housing and support services to our community.

Highlights of the Role:

• Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the efficient delivery of administrative tasks.
• Gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.
• Contribute to the overall success of our housing association.

Preferred Requirements:

• Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with residents and colleagues.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

  
Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role.
• Familiarity with housing association or social housing sector.
• Passion for making a positive difference in the lives of others.
