Are you passionate about supporting young people and making a positive impact in their lives?
We are seeking dedicated, compassionate, and reliable Young Person Support Workers to join our team on an ad-hoc basis for flexible day and waking night shifts in Bridgend and Port Talbot.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide person-centred support to young individuals, assisting them with their daily activities, education, and emotional well-being.
• Offer guidance and support in building life skills, social relationships, and personal development.
• Create a safe, supportive environment for young people to thrive.
• Assist with any security of the project, supervision, and behaviour management as required.
• Work as part of a team to ensure the best possible care for each young person.
Key Requirements:
- Experience working with supporting young people is required.
• A caring and empathetic approach, with excellent communication skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to different shift patterns (day and night shifts).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
