Talent-UK are currently recruiting for a Machine / Production Operative to join our client's busy manufacturing team.
 
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous manufacturing, production or machine operating experience who is looking for a stable role with a well-established company.
 
As a Machine / Production Operative, you will be responsible for operating machinery, supporting the production process and ensuring products are manufactured safely and to the required quality standards.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring production machinery and equipment
• Loading and unloading materials and components
• Carrying out quality checks on finished products
• Following production schedules, work instructions and health & safety procedures
• Reporting any machine faults, quality issues or production problems
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment

About You

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production or machine operating environment is desirable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Good attention to detail and a strong focus on quality
• Willing to learn new machinery and production processes

What's on Offer?

• Hourly rate of £12.71 per hour 
• Working days Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm
