Talent-UK are currently recruiting for an experienced Manufacturing Operative to join an international manufacturer on an ongoing basis, working rotating 12 hour days and nights Monday to Thursday, overtime available at uplifted rates, free onsite parking, with ongoing training and development.
 
Manufacturing Operative Responsibilities:

• Operating manufacturing plant and machinery within a production-based environment and following SOPs
• Carrying out product and quality assurance checks
• Setting and operating machinery in a target driven environment
• Recording information onto the company system
• General upkeep and housekeeping of the production areas

 
Experience of the Manufacturing Operative:

• Proven experience of working in a manufacturing/production environment
• Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Previous chemical background would be advantageous
• Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team
• Worked within a fast-paced environment

 
What's in return for the Manufacturing Operative:

• Starting rate of £14.11 per hour
• Overtime available at uplifted rates
• Rotating 12 hours shifts, Days and Nights Monday to Thursday
• Ongoing training provided to up-skill further
• Free onsite parking
