We're seeking a driven and imaginative Marketing & Events Manager to take ownership of the company's marketing strategy and execution. From building brand awareness and managing digital channels to planning campaigns and coordinating events, you'll play a central role in connecting Motion Entertainment with its audiences and driving business growth.
This is a dynamic, high-impact role where you'll own the full marketing mix, from digital platforms and paid advertising to in-venue events and stakeholder relationships, all while working in one of the most exciting workplaces in the country.
Main responsibilities of the role include:
Marketing & Digital
- Develop and execute the Annual Marketing Plan across digital, print and events channels
- Manage all social media accounts, website content, SEO, and Google Ads campaigns
- Create compelling content across all platforms that attracts and converts target audiences
- Manage all in-venue radio advertising and audio promotions, ensuring messaging is current and on-brand
- Maintain brand consistency across all materials, communications and company assets
Campaigns & Events
- Plan, execute and manage marketing and promotional campaigns from concept to completion
- Coordinate all events and group bookings, communicating requirements across internal teams
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners, agencies and vendors
- Brief and prepare relevant staff on upcoming events, promotions and key dates
- Present campaign plans, results and recommendations to the General Manager and Directors
What are we looking for? - A background in marketing, with experience in a customer-focused or entertainment environment
- Strong digital skills across social media, SEO, paid advertising and content
- Experience bringing campaigns and events to life, end-to-end
- Data-savvy, with a comfort with analytics tools and AI
- Commercially minded and budget-aware
- A full Class 1 Driver's Licence
- Creative, organised, and driven
- A natural communicator with an eye for detail
