About the role
Our client, Pantry D'or Boutique Bakery, is a well-established, multi-site food and beverage group operating three much-loved Rotorua venues - Pantry D'or Boutique Bakery, Lime Café and Shadehouse Café. Known for their quality food and warm hospitality, the group prides itself on a collaborative team culture and a commitment to excellence across all three sites.
They are now seeking an experienced Administration & Accounts Coordinator to join their team. Based at Pantry D'or, and supporting all three sites, this is a varied, hands-on role that sits at the operational heart of the business. Managing full-cycle bookkeeping, weekly payroll, catering coordination and a wide range of administrative functions to keep the group running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Full-cycle bookkeeping across all three sites, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and monthly financial reporting
- Weekly payroll processing for all employees in compliance with NZ employment legislation
- General administrative support to the management team
- Coordinating catering orders
- HR administration
- Cross-site coordination, liaising with site managers and external stakeholders including accountants, suppliers, and government agencies
About you To be successful in this role, you will be highly organised and detail-oriented, with a minimum of three years' experience in an accounts and administration role, ideally within the hospitality or food and beverage sector. You will have solid experience in full-cycle bookkeeping and payroll processing, a sound understanding of New Zealand employment legislation, and proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Office. A positive, trustworthy attitude and the ability to manage competing priorities with confidence are essential.
