We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support our General Manager and play a central role in keeping the business running efficiently. This is a wide-ranging, hands-on role that sits at the heart of the operation, covering everything from financial administration and payroll to compliance, staffing, licensing and building management.

Main responsibilities of the role include: - Manage weekly banking reconciliations, payroll preparation and supplier invoice processing
- Support the GM with new employee onboarding, maintain staff records, training registers and uniform inventory
- Coordinate monthly Team Leader meetings and manage procurement and stock levels across the business
- Oversee liquor licence compliance, Duty Manager certifications and building and BWOF requirements
- Serve as a member of the H&S Committee, supporting WorkSafe obligations, safety documentation and First Aid coverage
- Provide comprehensive daily support to the GM across correspondence, diary management, reporting and project coordination
What are we looking for? - Minimum 12 months experience in a professional office, administration or PA role
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of discretion
- Sound financial administration skills including experience with payroll and reconciliations
- Proficient in Google Office Suite; Google Sheets experience preferred
- A good understanding of sales and business operations
- Experience with compliance, licensing or regulatory requirements is an advantage
- Experience in a hospitality, retail or entertainment environment preferred
- Full Class 1 Driver's Licence
