Beyond Connectivity the company provides a full range of digital solutions around ICT, Cloud, Security and IoT for global and multinational customers.
On order to support their growth we are currently recruiting a Sales Director who will be responsible for Benelux, France an South Europe
 
The position

• Take the lead on a decentralized team of Senior Sales active in the region
• Drive profitability growth through identifying with your team market opportunities
• Establish with other internal pockets of the business GTM for the region
• Report activities and market trends to Senior Management
• Opex responsibility
• Develop Strong relationships with existing and potentials customers
• Asses, manage and drive sales people and resources in the regions

 
The profile

• University degree or equivalent
• Senior Consultative Sales experience dealing with international complex IT solutions
• Good understanding of digital landscape covering Connectivity, Cloud, Managed Services, Cyber Security and IoT
• Experience in working in an international environment
• Good Sales Management experience dealing with multicultural teams
• Hunter spirit driven by results
• Ability to structure and prioritize complex informations

 
The offer

• 100k-125k basic yearly salary +30% OTE + comprehensive extra legal package
