The Opportunity

In this strategic role, you will lead the development and evolution of IT & Cloud services, working cross-functionally with technical, operational, and commercial teams to ensure seamless integration and innovation. Your Role

As Product Manager, you will:

• Become a subject-matter expert on the company’s IT & Cloud portfolio and service strategy.
• Gather and centralize requirements around ICT management, asset tracking, and vulnerability management solutions.
• Translate needs into a clear product roadmap and delivery milestones.
• Prioritize and manage feature backlogs in collaboration with technical and operational stakeholders.
• Establish project governance and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
• Organize testing and dry runs before deployment to guarantee service reliability.
• Create clear documentation for both internal teams and clients.
• Monitor risks and proactively define mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular updates on integration progress and performance.

Your Profile

Background & Skills

• Master’s degree or equivalent through experience.
• Strong track record in product/project management.
• Solid understanding of ICT infrastructures, cloud platforms, asset & mobile device management.
• Experience working in international and cross-functional environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
