Covering the full range of Infrastructure managed services they have been building since the origin intense partnerships with recognized market leader vendors that enable them to propose a strong value proposition nurturing their clients relationships.
 
To sustain their growth we are currently hiring a Senior System Engineer willing to take the next step in his career into Tech leadership.
 
 
The fonction:
 
As Tech Lead you will be responsible for:

• Lead, drive and challenge a team of skilled System Engineers
• Play the role of Tech Expert in the all Microsoft Stack
• Assure a close collaboration with the other departments (Service Management, Network & Security teams, Sales, etc)
• Drive and Own all Infrastructure related changes internally and by the partners
• Manage several migration and optimization projects

 
Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in System Engineering.
• Tech-Savvy: Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Ecosystem both on prem and Cloud (MS365, Azure, Intune, SCCM, AD, Powershell, etc)
• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams. Fluency in French/ Dutch and English.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle challenges through process improvement, technical gap identification, etc
• Leading capacity: strong interest in people. Good coaching skills and not afraid to get your hands dirty

The offer

• 4 000 – 5 500 euro monthly based on experience + extra legal package including company car, meal vouchers, net expenses, insurance package, etc
