A key position within our client's Commercial team, responsible for managing a personal book of commercial clients. The role suits a confident communicator who can handle the full client lifecycle — from administration and MTAs to renewals and client retention.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage your own portfolio of commercial clients from onboarding through to renewal
• Handle all administration, mid-term adjustments, documentation and client queries
• Broke and negotiate renewals to secure accurate, competitive cover options
• Identify and maximise cross‑sell and upsell opportunities
• Maintain a professional, solutions‑focused approach to all client interactions
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and FCA requirements
• Maintain accurate records and client files

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within a commercial insurance broker
• At least 2 years' experience using Acturis
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confident problem‑solving and negotiation abilities
• Professional work ethic and ability to communicate at all levels
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning and development
